My dad a 57 year old was swatted, he was beaten up, our house vandalized and searched. All this started while I was at school no specific time. Our house had a search warrant for selling and dealing drugs. Know Idk really know my brother due to us having a bad relationship, but i'm very sure he didn't deal drugs, but they had someone buy it from him. Now My brother will be fighting this in court and Idk how hes going to defend himself when he had a cop buy it from him :( any ideas? my brother was also just sworn into the army and I dont wanna see his life going down the drain, please help.

That is his fuckup as a cop should not buy drugs from you while living. If you suspect someone is a cop you must kick their asses or stab them or even shoot them and then run for it.
