As I've said b4. The "smoking" Russian carrier was the perfect pickup operation for Snowden II: Julian escapes too. Also Mid-October and it's cruise is unexplainable otherwise. At several points in it's cruise, once being in the english channel, it belched out enough smoke to hide it from satellites and direct observation from surface ships.
