Most of the Caribbean islands are tame and safe. Though they're small, sparsely populated areas.
Generally speaking, cities in general are toxic to humanity. It is a fact that those who dwell in urban areas are more likely to suffer from mental illness and other deleterious effects on the body and mind. These effects compound on lesser races such as negros.

Even the whitest cities are vastly inferior and contain vastly inferior examples of people compared to rural communities.
