As a fucking white male it is important that we can control our urges.
For instance the urge to do:

>drugs
>gambling
>nicotine
>food
>burning things
>eating spiders
>catching bugs
>weird sexual urges like dressing like a women or sticking things up your ass

>media usage
>thoughts about killing your father and the whole degenerate family
And every other shit that can make addicted, for me as an addictive personality everything stated above is a problem for me. It is either just in my mind everyday, or i do it like a raging feminists spills out shit all day.
If i start something, i get so fucking possesed about it that it leads to an addiction.
So we all need to stop that, how do you do it? I do it with not eating for weeks, it really clears my mind about everything. But the problem is i get addicted by fasting too. I should really kill myself, the jews have me in their grip
