If you look at an overall 50/50 split in lefts to rights, the rights have only ONE Mainstream Media(MSM) outlet in america. FOX. Many on the left started seeing the bias and half truths from the left leaning msm, and only a few needed to change their minds. A big stance he had while running was fake news. The right will, of course, vote for him and the people on the left who are more interested in getting rid of fake news voted for him. It didn't take much to swing it to the right. It was not a fluke, msm just refused to cover a variety of issues. People wanted coverage and answers. People wanted someone to give them a voice. The people wanted Trump, at leas insofar as his stance on the msm.
It was not a fluke. It was going to happen. Trump, as silly as he may be, is a voice to many voiceless. Depending on the next few years, and what he does with the media, he will stay for another 4. If the left stops lying by omission with a clear bias, perhaps we will go back Democrat. But if (pic related) keeps happening, he will stay.
