What is the deal with Nofap? Is it just a meme? I have a little bit of an issue;
When i don't masturbate i get urges and cannot focus on my work. I sweat, get shakes and overall have the strongest urge.
It stops me from working sometimes, i get up from my desk and wank several times a day sometimes.
I'd say i average about 3 times a day, 1 in the morning, one at work and on in the evening. My wife as well has noticed issues, of course we have sex and it's great but even after sex i still masturbate and she thinks she isn't enough.
Not sure how to stop it or if i should give it a shot, but is it just a meme? Like has it actually worked for any of you? I'd really appreciate some help.

you're supposed to think about sex
Have more sex with your wife. Or maybe you aren't exerting enough energy otherwise? Do you work out or do any type of physical training?

>maybe you aren't exerting enough energy otherwise?
Probably this. Start doing manual work or lift weights

"Withdrawals suck. We don't talk enough about them. They are why we fail. They are our brain's dopamine drenched chemical reward center begging us, threatening us, punishing us, pleading with us, rationalizing with us why we need to PMO. Withdrawals are painful, they are physical, mental, and emotional pain. They are the jitters, the shakes, the sweats, odd pains in odd places, the brain fog we feel when quitting, and our brain's way of telling us all that unpleasantness can go away with just a little harmless fix. When going through withdrawal I felt I had a sinus infection and my teeth actually hurt."
"My initial withdrawal symptoms were H-O-R-R-I-B-L-E to say the least. I started getting bald spots within the first few weeks from the stress and had to see a dermatologist, who diagnosed me with alopecia. I had to get painful cortisol shots around the patchy areas but they grew back in a couple months. Sucked for my social life during that time. I remember her asking me if I went through some kind of emotional trauma, like a death in a family. I didn't have the heart to tell her it was because of the sudden lack of high resolution porn. What else did I experience? Cold sweats, sleepless nights, feelings of emptiness."

yeah, you should read this, it helped me completely stop watching porn, I do still have slight urges but I feel completely different sexualy

I didn't have any of the extreme withdrawal symptoms though. I had urges but not any kind of pain. Right now I jest jerk less and have more fun with gf and not watch porn at all.

I hit the gym after work every other day. But my work is really mentally taxing so that isn't much relief.

It's just a meme that low t faggots try to persuade normal people to do, basically they're low t faggots who are addicted to masturbating so they believe that no fap will raise they're already low t, they just suck and aren't men

What a load of shit. Cold sweats? Shaking? Alopecia? Nonsense.
