If you look at an overall 50/50 split in left to rights, the rights have only ONE MSM outlet in america. FOX. Many on the left started seeing the bias and half truths from the left leaning msm, and only a few needed to change their minds. A big stance he had while running was fake news. The right will, of course vote for him, and the people on the left who are more interested in getting rid of fake news voted for him. It didn't take much to swing it to the right. It was not a fluke, msm just refused to cover a variety of issues. People wanted coverage and answers. People wanted someone to give them a voice. The people got Trump.

It was not a fluke. It was going to happen. Trump, as silly as he may be, is a voice to many voiceless. Depending on the next few years, and what he does with the media, he will stay for another 4. If the left stops lying by omission with a clear bias, perhaps we will go back Democrat. But if (pic related) keeps happening, he will stay.

Recent polls in WI, MI and PA show Trump voters are more than happy with what's happening. The D's cannot win without those states, and screaming Nazi Nazi won't do it for them.

It's already over for 2020, if Trump runs.

This is true, but Nixon played it a lot smarter than Trump has thus far. As much as /pol/ doesn't want to admit it, much of Trump's behavior upsets a good portion of Americans, and I don't just mean whiny progressives. You seem pretty confident about that, mate. Trump barely scraped past a sickly old woman who was caught on camera getting tossed into the back of a van after passing out. A woman shackled to decades of scandals and a vile, unrelatable personality.
Trump hasn't made any efforts to pick up new supporters since his election and his feud with the republicans has driven quite a few of the guaranteed red votes away from him. If the democrats wise up and run a charismatic male next election Trump will get stomped. Then the fun will really begin when Trump refuses to concede.

Trump's approval in these three states is dismal. Polls show that most residents in these states do not in fact believe Trump is bringing jobs back. There were many voters in these states who reluctantly voted for Trump because of Hillary, and these voters have not been impressed with him thus far. I agree that this is the Dems only actual chance, but I'm not convinced that Trump would still lose.

Which ironically, ended up being the worst thing about Hillary running; it basically irrevocably shattered the rose colored glasses most people saw the 90s and Bill Clinton's Presidency as being.

TLDR a lot of poor people, especially poor black people, got butt fucked HARD by the Clintons in the 90s. But because the middle class and the rich folk got richer, you hardly heard anyone on the left talk about it.
