All signs point to a new economic crisis soon. Today Germany withdrew most of its foreign gold assets. This time the banks that have been bailed out are now too big to fail because they swallowed up a lot of smaller banks in 2008. This time there will be no bailout which means it's gonna hit the dollar directly meaning our wallets, meaning prices will skyrocket and most likely our wages will be taxed to death to prevent the debt ceiling skyrocketing through the roof meaning it can never be repaid again meaning war with all nations we owe money, meaning world war 3, meaning the end of the world, meaning all our existential problems will be solved after all cos everyone (well most) will be dead.
