using the @ key is genius in a password
would that make it harder to crack?
>>138788483
No, it makes it harder to guess
>>138788402
Spooks working hard on here I guess
He should really have a number in there and actually make it a pass phrase
>>138788483
Making paswords harder to crack is generally about physical distribution of keys X how long the password is. Using special chars and non alphanumerics does help tho

God, I despise Hayden. I hope that fucker gets stage 4 ball cancer.

There's 7 characters.
The alphabet has 52 letters.
52^7=1,954,897,493,193 possibilites
Now with the alphabet and special characters:
82^7=24,928,547,056,768
Makes the password 12 times more secure.

the true probability lies in whether or not the sha and md hashes are not already in a rainbow table
>>138789583
They probably do. Wouldn't surprise me if everything up to 8 letters already is.
>>138789583
>what is salt
What is it for tho?
>>138789414
so fucking German,
you really did not have to add the numerical value, you could of simply said that it was 12 times more secure.
>>138789928
>implying he hasn't used that same password everywhere, including a weak point
Would a password be more secure if it was
h@ngnigr@s, just asking for a friend
>>138793234
you have to use the coordinates where you buried the body, that ensures that your password is secure, proof being that you are not in jail yet
