Stop feeding the animals

it's because they're pretty much animals, and the first thing on animals' minds is reproduction, the survival of their species. they would have died out from stupidity long ago if they all didn't have 20 kids

Why let them in?

Few reasons:
1, lack of birth control
2, "takes a village" means no nuclear family like in the west so the women spit out kids from many men
3, they had a culture of having tons of babies because they were poor and kids help w/ labor at a certain age and take it over at another and more kids meant the higher chance one would be a success
4, extremely high infant mortality rate for all of time until a few years ago with western medicine and aid, this caused a birth EXPLOSION because of the cultures I described above, now MOST babies were surviving rather than 1 in 2
5, Africans are uneducated and may not be able to grasp the concepts of time, duty and honor. This is why they see nothing wrong with stealing or not following through on commitments, and do not raise families and have a very hard time planning out more than next week
