You're correct, naloxone and naltrexone do not do anything to suppress cravings for opioids.
All naloxone/naltrexone will do is prevent opiates and opioids from binding to the opioid receptors in the brain because the naltrexone/naloxone has a much higher affinity for the binding sites. This means that the naltrexone/naloxone will sit in those receptors and prevent any other opioids from binding to them, preventing them from having any effect. It will also "rip out" any opioids/opiates in the receptors in the brain if they're there when the naltrexone/naloxone is taken. This will throw the addict into precipitated withdrawals instantly.

Stimulants, while beneficial drugs, are also very harmful to the body. They're great drugs for certain activities but they've got a lot of downsides as well. Stimulants in general are very nuerotoxic and cardiotoxic.

I have no idea. I'd imagine it would make it a bit better simply because the person is able to focus and notice small details they wouldn't otherwise notice while they're high on it. I'd imagine it can also be a detriment to it due to the stimulation effecting the small movements the eye constantly does during normal vision, making them more erratic and blurring the vision.

In general I don't know, though. I've never really looked into that specific subject.
