The leadership in the USSR was made up of Russian unionists, politicians, and other professionals. Only around 10% were Jews.

Karl Marx was not Jewish, in fact he was anti-Semitic, just like you. Engels came from a long line of German Protestants.

You cannot say that the Jews are 'behind' communism. At most, you can say that the Jews, persecuted by Christians and Nazis, are attracted to social revolutionary movements that want to sweep away any murderous obsession with religion and race. But they certainly are not 'behind' communism, they only provide a part of its support.
