As much as I love 40k the worst part about it is the bureaucratic bullshit, unless you happen to be lucky you won't ever get noticed or recognized or be in a position to do any good beyond die in a trench for one side or the other. Also if you by chance actually had a good idea it would be lost in the bureaucratic hell the imperium has become. I think starwars is noblelight whereas 40k is grimdark perpetually.
