Haven't seen one in a bit. I'll start with an obvious choice.
Bonus points for lesser known books or ones many of us may have overlooked.

Confessions of a Crap Artist
Welcome to the NHK
I guess we're sticking to fiction? Pic related if so.
Honestly, these books have been redpilling me more than anything or anyone since I was 13.

I used to think 1984 was way too preachy and heavy-handed with its message, but now it's actually getting a little scary
>>138626113
I don't like 1984 because the main character had a girlfriend.
>>138626989
She was every thought criminals' girfriend, though.

This shit right here. I post about it on occasion, and never ever see it brought up if I dont do it.
It's literally more accurate than 1984 and BNW. Brunner basically took the lessons of the NIMH rat experiment and applied it to humanity. He was able to accurately predict the rate of population growth, as well as the sociological implications.
His work only suffers because he assumed there'd be a race war between blacks and whites in the 80s, but even then he's not far off.

>Essentially /pol/ the book.
Though the syndicalism aspect obviously didn't pan out.
But surely /pol/ would love the idea of 1984?

You sound like one of those tards who ran out to grab a copy after Trump got elected, and still hasnt read it.

You know that 1984 is communism?
>the proles are the future
>english socialism
>national bolshevism
It's only an essay/pamphlet, but The Power of the Powerless by Vaclav Havel.

He's a britbong and is living in 1984 so he wouldn't understand, but the thought of any society that prosecutes thought crimes, watches you 24/7, and brainwashes you into loving them before suiciding you with two bullets to the back of the skull makes /pol/ sick. Utterly disgusting.

Oswald Mosley?
Haven't read his stuff yet but maybe someone can recommend one of his books.
Everyone should have already read Storm of Steel, but the real redpill is in his works of fiction

100 Questions is a good start. The Alternative is good because it's written post-WW2.

I feel like passing eugenic laws is even more unlikely today than during the 1960s. Designer babies on the other hand...

Dang, this is the first time I hear about Jünger writing science fiction.
I'll definitely check it out.

I'd bet they'll go hand in hand, one way or the either. Since things are so fucked it's more likely we'll get enforced dysgenics.

Friendly reminder that Orwell was a socialist and hated fascism (which is the most totalitarian ideology there is) the most, even though you stormweenies don't want to admit it
>>138626113
The 1984 state is exactly what half of this board wants though...
>>138626113
Obviously this.

No I wont because I'm not ugly like yourself
Not a book, but MGS2 is about a group of elites that create an AI system that autonomosly censors and controls all information on the internet. The story was actually ahead of it's time.

I had to read this, best scene was when Guy Montag asks his wife to explain the plot of whatever the fuck she's watching on the multiple screen TV thing and she can't
I really can't stand the way Bradbury writes though, tried to read the Martian chronicles too and didn't like them
