Nah, our system supports multiple parties and the ability to spawn new ones if the ruling party gets too crooked -- nothing at all like the entirely fixed system the US has. The Liberals spent a decade in the woods for being too grafty, the Progressive Conservatives were utterly destroyed for doing the same. It's a fairly healthy process.
