I gave up on the Roman Catholic Church this year after four years of being a Traditionalist Catholic.

Pope Francis didn't actually have that much to do with it. I just dug deeper into Church history and realised that the papacy is not taught in scripture of by the early church fathers.

The only major difference between Coptic Orthodox and Eastern Orthodox is that Copts believe that Jesus is an united person while Easteners(And most Christians including Catholics) believe that Jesus has two natures, divine and human.

Everything else is the same though, plus the Copts are like 500 years older than the Easteners.
