I wouldnt say they are made up conditions but i think they are made worse by our environment and the attitude our society has towards these things. Its sort of like a placebo efftect. Society makes the conditions worse for us and we let it cripple us and keep us down.
I used to have panic attacks/anxiety but i refused any medication and just sort of battled through the problem with mental will and an attitude/life adjustment. Going out to the countryside and enjoying nature helped me a lot too.
Most people are taught that if you have any sort if mental issue that you are permanantly sick and we're encouraged to use this issue as an axcuse to not do things and to make people feel sorry for us.

These problems are real but you can overcome them without the use of extended periods of medication you just need to adjust your life
