Daily reminder a huge extent of the Trump hate stems from being a jealous crybaby. It's essentially sibling rivalry in a dysfunctional family and this family is America.

It's a lack of a strict tone during childhood (mostly due to single mothers), which studies show can lead to low testosterone and susceptiblity to overprotection. Also psychological reactance and our inherent sense of competition and business. When someone says "here, choose an apple but not this one", you want the apple you can't have to gain an advantage over people who can only have the other ones, namely the big brother.

You could explain an extent of the hate with morals and "doing what's right", but that would never explain all of the things people are complaining about. People with a deficiency of testosterone are so used to their mothers telling them what to do and acting by the rules, they get outraged when someone is not doing it, especially when he is not facing any consequences.
