Here's what will actually happen. The people who scream and rage "NO HATE HERE YOU MOTHER FUCKER" are doing what psychologists call "projecting". Within 10 years all those folk screaming about Nazis gotta die will themselves be full blow Nazis. You see, deep down inside, they respect and love Nazis, but they've been taught since childhood to hate them. Since they can't resolve their own identity crises, they look outwards and see nazis everywhere outside their group, and they project their hatred and anger onto these targets to reduce the tension inside themselves.
They love and respect Nazis because Nazis have positive identities that the alt-left themselves lack and are jealous of. Alt-left doesn't believe in God, or religion, and they have no meaningful work life to give their existence value; they must define themselves negatively with the construct "I am not a Nazi; I am antifa", and project their hatred externally instead of where it belongs, onto themselves, to fill up that lack.
Lacking a positive identity, all they can do is hate and destroy, they cannot build up, because production is positive while destruction is negative. Thus, they destroy statues and offer nothing with which to replace them.
There's no reasoning with them. You hear from them "The time for talk is over" and "You're either with us or against us". They won't let you speak, they interrupt you and shout at you, because they don't want to hear what you have to say, anything you could say that could break through to them would cause tremendous cognitive dissonance that would amplify the inner turmoil they already feel from the inner conflict of wanting to be a Nazi, wanting to have a positive identity, but layering on the indoctrinated guilt and shame they've been taught to associate with such feelings.
Eventually, they will exhaust themselves, in a few years or so. They'll resolve their inner conflict and just accept themselves as the racists they are. Then the real fun starts
