If you're referring to the RSS, the situation isnt as black and white as it seems. Yes one of the founding fathers was a hard core nationalist who wanted everyone to either convert to Hinduism or get btfo. But Savarkar's view have been more or less distanced upon due to his casteism and polarising beliefs. As for the Hinduism part goes, the violence is multifold and at times is a response to prior segregation in society between Muslims and Hindus.
Regardless of that, the RSS helps out in many ways through charity and sending aid to disturbed areas suffering natural and/or man-made calamities. They aren't all that bad. Just understanding what they want and why it's unreasonable is the way to go. As far as the annexation goes, we'd fare well united as a front in the world wide economy, especially against the major super powers. Than to be separate and fight among ourselves. Even Nepal has been good allies with us. Sikkim and J&K were included territorially after independence. But, the annexation these hoodlums propose is that of military dominance. So that's something you have to watch out for.
