I am aware that Firefox was recently went down the drain because of their partnership with Soros. So here is what I think is the best alternative browser.
The Vivaldi browser, once properly customized, serves every function that Firefox or Chrome can serve, and aesthetically it's actually better.

Here's a photo of my start screen for the browser:
http://i.imgur.com/MWBTHfc.png

Comment what you think about this browser and whether or not it is the browser that /pol/ should adopt. /pol/ needs to have an alternative browser as a part of its identity.

If you want the thumbnail photos from my start screen (I made and fixed the size of the pre-made ones myself with Photoshop.

I don't know why but when I used Brave the tab system and bookmark glitches were just in my face. I wanted to make myself stay on it but it didn't have all of the functions firefox had. Also, Vivaldi supports Chrome extensions so you can get Adblock and it is the most customizable browser I've ever used.
>>
>>138435462
yeah, I'm not using brave either.. I use Chrome Canary for development and Iridium for private browsing

Its basically a chromium fork, with privacy patches

I was going to try PaleMoon but at the last second a guy recommended Vivaldi to me and I've fell in love with it. I spent 2 hours customizing it (I had to photoshop alot of stuff to make it fit my taste perfectly).

I've switched to Pale Moon recently and I'm enjoying it a lot more than Chrome, which is surprising because Pale Moon is based on Firefox and Firefox runs like shit on my hardware.
It's like an older Firefox but gutted of all those crappy new features that no one uses (like that chat thingy). I'm not sure if it's placebo or what but it feels a lot faster.

There is no partnership with Soros (that was fake news), Firefox has been going down the shitter for years. You're cucked anyway if you're running a proprietary operating system (Windows, OS X).

Install Gentoo, run GCC, and browse with Icecat or stop complaining about.
>>
So I didnt get any replies in the last thread cause it died so I'm gonna ask again, I dont get why it matters? Like why do you need to use a special browser, what difference is it gonna make?

There are no good mobile browsers. Apple controls the App Store, no red pilled browsers allowed. >>138442930
I recommend Pale Moon. It supports Firefox extensions and from everyone tells me it is the most distanced from any kind of opposition like bot nets and Soros.

I know for sure that there are many tech&net savvy people here. It is a possibility to write up our own browsers.
It would work only if it was open source, but that would leave it open to agents or whoever slipping in some code too. And we'd need dedicated beta testers.
That would need some coordination, but of course everyone would ditch it because coordination = controlled opposition. Always.

Because thats how search engines work, they take what terms people search and put the more 'relevant' ones first. It does partial ones like that to trry and figure out what you wanted, and when you put 'white couple' it links that with 'white and black couple' or something similar.
Try just searching up 'couple' and see that you get pretty much just Caucasians. Because nobody who wants a regular caucasian couple searches up 'white couple' they just look up couple.

For the american inventors one, that is a little dodgy, but I'm guessing it's just filling in thinking it's linked to 'african american inventors.'
It's not built to be biased, it's just built in a dumb way.

I read alot of nonsense here.

Uncucked browsers: Iridium, Brave
Uncucked Search: Startpage, searx, Maybe Bing for some results
Uncucked Mail: ProtonMail or self hosted
Uncucked OS: Win7/GNU+Linux/Free BSD
Uncucked Antivirus: Bitdefender
Uncucked VPN: No logs, 256bit AES, Good amount and variety of servers, less than 5 bucks/month. There is no fixed winner here, look at pings of servers in your area.

Definetly cucked is: Opera, (google, everything), Firefox, Pale Moon, DuckDuckGo, Logitech, Apple, HideMyAss VPN, Traceless VPN, Tor-Project since they find CP less harmful than White ideologists.

Dont use software which promotes diversity.
Dont use software which is spying on you.
Dont use software with closed source unless really necessary / working reasons.

Vypr seems to be located in switzerland, which is the best country within the EU to have a vpn in (next to bulgaria).
Pros:

Cons:

You can most likely safely shit post with vypr vpn.

Yes we have to, unfortunately.

German government has passed a law to spy on you if you are somewhat related to an tax dodger or someone who stole a can of coke. It's called staatstrojaner. This is why germans need antivirus.
Next to that we have hate speech laws preventing us from calling the jew out. We can face sensitive charges for that.

Basically you can fuck someones shit up whilst drunken, really bust him up, make him roll in a chair for his remaining life and get 2 years probation but if you larp as a nazi in the interwebz and copy a film or two from kinox.to you are sent to the gulag up to 5 years.

data saving = going through their own dns routing. Which means if they are bad people they can see all of your traffic (IP addresses of websites you visit). Same as using Google's own DNS. You can check this by going to dnsleaktest.com

But their VPN feature is neat I guess. But Opera is a closed sourced chinese botnet and there is no way to know what data they collect.

I'm not very tech savvy. Use firefox browser, google as search engine.

I tried using Brave but it's incredibly buggy. Bookmarks seemingly unclickable in random intervals. New tabs that remain as blank pages no matter what I do. Try to open a website, says something about flash player. Go to download latest version, only get a non-responsive black screen.
Any browser recommendations for dumb people? Idc about the aesthetics of it, I barely use any addons or extensions or whatever (only addblock really). My main concerns about firefox are supporting NWO tier progressive bullshit corporations + the whole privacy thing. Don't want my wrongthink ending up on some watch list, or my browsing preferences sold to the highest bidder.

Is pale moon easy to use? I read it's made by a furry, which I may not approve of but honestly don't care too much about if it's just an uninfluential individual.
>>
>>138457025
you can use the same ublock (which is better than brave's adblock) and noscript stuff that firefox does on pale moon and it feels almost like firefox, so you should be able to settle down there easily - once you did set up ublock, your favorites and whatever else you used again. pale moon homepage has a list of addons that work and some that dont, so have a look into it, so far i like it way more than brave.
>>
>>138457025
brave uses pepper flash
you can find a link in the add-ons menu

pale moon is basically just like firefox a few years ago, with less extension options (but you can still get adblock or ublock)

Dumped Firefox fo Pale Moon x64.

With Vivaldi some stuff doesn't work, for example, I couldn't complete a payment with PayPal because it didn't load the next pass, making it impossible to continue (clean Vivaldi).

Tried multiple times.

I tend to not like Blink/Chromium based browsers.

If you want a quick browser just for /pol/ or any other simpler websites, I suggest K-Meleon, at this time latest is 76 RC, it uses only 118MB of RAM with 2 tabs, very lightweight.

it's owned by an investment firm made up of mostly wealthy chinese investors. it is unlikely they even care or have a say in the company.

normally i would just write this off, but they did try very hard to acquire Opera for some reason. the actual investors i'm not sure i would be concerned about, most probably have no idea what it actually does as its just a number on a spreadsheet to alot of these chinks looking to diversify their holdings and tech has been the new hot thing. idk of any staff changes, i assume it's still mostly ran out of norway.
