This is why I like Sam, a lot of his jokes are stupid failures but he tries a lot of freaky avant garde shit which is very inventive and some of it very funny. I like his standup as well as his videos. This is what Tim thinks he is, new and abstract. Doing the same joke over and over while presenting yourself as original does not make you original.

Lack of self-awareness is fatal for any intellectual pursuit, up to and including art and comedy. Tim was set up to fail, and his "friends" at the network sticking up for him only makes the problem twice as bad. Not only does he lack the nerve to face criticism for being unfunny and uninteresting, his gang of suits fool him into believing he is successful and important. His failures become perceived as successes and he repeats them without any self-reflection.

It bothers you that someone who's funny and original unconditionally sticks up for other people who are being censored? This is the most obvious and straightforward thing he could possibly do. Sam doesn't have any major corporations backing him up so he's next on the chopping block after Anglin. It's true that he can do whatever he wants and that includes ignoring the Daily Stormer and letting it burn, but in taking the initiative to stick up for them, he's also sticking up for himself.
