The hunting knife you've got there is used for cutting something freshly killed and cutting/filleting the hide off an animal.

If you're wanting a combat knife you need something with a pommel, at the very least a rubber or wrapped grip to reduce slippage, and one that has a hilt to it, so your hand doesn't slip onto your own fucking blade. Very important in a genuine combat situation that your hands, already greased with adrenaline sweating, don't slip on your weapon's handle.
