Places related to tourism always have a guy tat know how to speak in English. Even menus have an English translation next to dishes names. And since the Patagonia is one of the most expensive sites for tourism in Argentina, you should be fine only with English.

That being said, It wouldn't hurt to learn how to ask where is the bathroom in Spanish.
