I do.
Most on the market are horribly formulated and wouldn't work even if supplements were effective.
The reason I believe them is because I was sick for a breif period and needed some major lifestyle changes to get over it. Eating right, exercising, good sleep, etc.
I was on a pretty exyensive supplement regime, and it all had me feeling great.
Then, I decided to experiment. I was letting my supplements run out and seeing if I felt any different.
This experimentation led me to conclude that the only things I was taking that was worth anything was Omega fats(for general depression) and Vitamin D (I work night shifts)
And then a few months later I read a study that said most supplements are useless for an average westener except for Omega Fats and Vitamin D
Their conclusion matched my own experience, so I believe it.
