Yeah, I don't think he was either. Like I said, he and my father was good friends, and we are chinese. But we are all were hardworking and integrated in the Norwegian society.

What he disliked was immigrants that came to Norway and abused our welfare system and basically shitted things up. Most chinese people here in Norway don't like to scream about racism and whatever like black people and middle eastern. We just work harder to make up for it. My father isn't one to make a scene, he just quit after that, and started studying to become better. He now has a really high position, making more than 200k a year from his job.

You sound like you are projecting. From what I can see nowadays, forced diversity is most rampant in lower positions. If you feel like immigrants are taking your job, maybe you should get better and try to move up from that.
