Well, a good redpill is that all of you, all who speak the english language (what is today the english language) are all "brainwashed" to a certain extent. A language, and words, are merely symbols or representations of things, and by using, and accepting the efficacy of a language and its words, you alter the way you think. A great example that i like to use is the word "virgin", in the middle ages a "virgin" was a young girl, but today "virgin" also applies to men, so essentially by knowing the english language you also "know" that men can be virgins, while a medieval person would laugh at you if you said a man can be a virgin.

So i guess it's the "language" pill. It's something i've realized by studying a bit of latin, that many of the words we use and that are inherited from latin, actually had an entirely different meaning in the original latin language (during the time when the Romans themselves spoke the latin language), and this altered meaning also alters how you think, and from a larger perspective how you interpret the world around you.

If you want to go further, this "pill" ties into a larger revelation, which is that of a "world", and a "worldview". What we call "the world" is actually different from what, for example, a chinese person calls "the world". Kind of different to explain in a small post so i'll stop at this point.
