I know your pain OP, I couldn't wrap my head around it at first either. But I actually sat down and thought about this from a normie's perspective, and I think I figured it out.

I think they honestly think that it was a bunch of normal, counter-protesters vs violent Nazis. A normal protest along the lines of the Women's March. And to them, the Nazis went ape shit and tried killing a bunch of people who were just there to express their displeasure. They had no context to these kind of confrontations, which we all know well enough happen all the time between Antifa and whoever of our people show up. And we know they've been escalating from the Inauguration to the Berkeley battles to now. This is why there was so much outrage when Trump said both sides were at fault. To them, the Nazis went ahead and massacred innocent protesters.

We need to make the movement about these actual policies, which will indirectly help white people and increase the white population.

4. Speak more about "Western civilization" rather than solely focusing on whiteness as the only factor that matters. We realize that there is a lot more to race than just the color of the skin, but your average American has been brainwashed to see humans groups as being basically interchangable with only different shades of skin.

I think those non whites are assimilating into a white structure which is why they hold those values. Without a white majority to assimilate to I think the system we would find ourselves in would be much more similar to the governments of Africa or South America.
