A reminder, when the main capital of a country becomes intelligence, or intellectual work, which would be common somewhere with a lot of smart people, then any redistribution would have to be for opportunities, which is how people grow experience to become the capital. Redistribution of opportunities is simple; mark them lower in universities and high schools if it impacts tertiary studies, then create systems that deny them employment.

This will effectively redistribute intellectual careers from one group, the stereotypical intellectuals, to another.

To nationalise STEM away from the white man, fill HR and teaching with people willing to do exactly this. Where are most of the extreme left working?

Imagine Stalin's socialism in one country. It would be similar to that. We wouldn't call ourselves internationalists but the closest we could get to it is the ML explanation of "internationalism" where countries still have borders but support socialist revolutions overseas. i.e. socialist brotherhood.
