WoW was such an incredible experience, but the dopamine and serotonin receptors in my brain have aged, and I can never enjoy video games the same way I did when I was 16. It just doesn't feel the same.

used to play 5+ hours a day with my step brother/best friend as a kid. we would do split screen, go online, and just join weird forge variants like grifball or that infection game where the zombies come out at night on cold storage. i remember we used to play infection and just open fire on our teammates so we were the only ones alive, and then we'd hide/stall until the game ended

Infection was THE shit. Best custom gametype. I remember playing it on matchmaker all day/night on Halloween. Foundry was probably the best map for it.
