It's actually bad business on their part. When blacks boycotted SC and whites found out they could go to the beach without noisy negroes running amuck, they came down in droves, spent tons of money and left the place nicer than they found it.
Just imagine an amusement park without negroes... sounds pretty nice, huh? You'd want to go more often, wouldn't you, maybe even pay a little more for admission?
