Yes and no.

They are behind the scenes pulling the strings, but there simply aren't enough of them to do all the dirty work. They have useful goyim who dance like monkeys and do their bidding.

Basically, the Jews convinced us that committing a violent civilisational murder-suicide was noble and virtuous. They loaded the gun and handed it to us, but it was malleable (goy) morons who pulled the trigger. People like Blair, the smug housewives on Mumsnet, Lily Allen, etc. are the ones who really doomed us.

Think we spoke on this the other day mate. What is you? Those idiots were believing primary school tier knowledge on Henry VIII and believed he was a fat cunt who broke ties with a Church deeply embedded into England (and Britain) because he was horny.

Truly one of the greatest kings we've had. One of the most powerful too, if we judge based off their own times. Similar to Romans being slandered by historians like Suetonius after their death, Henry VIII suffered the same fate. .

They do stupid shit like teaching Roman Britain in primary school when classical history is probably too far removed and complicated for the kids of today to understand, especially with state school teaching standards.

>Stephen Hawking blames Tory politicians for damaging NHS
https://www.theguardian.com/science/2017/aug/18/stephen-hawking-blames-tory-politicians-for-damaging-nhs

>Setting out his fears for a service he believes is being turned into “a US-style insurance system”.

>“The crisis in the NHS has been caused by political decisions,”

>“The political decisions include underfunding and cuts, privatising services, the public sector pay cap, the new contract imposed on the junior doctors and removal of the student nurses’ bursary.

I don't think we need Stephen Hawking to tell us this. Glad he's speaking out though. Someone needs to.

>>
>>138110013
WN has a post that goes in-depth >>138108669

It isn't a "crude" way of putting it, it's an oversimplification of real and extremely important events in history. The divorce thing is primary school tier teaching to get kids interested, there were deep religious divides in England its self, across the continent and to say nothing of the Pope.

Thinking the entire fracture and formation of one Church for another which would continue for the next 500 years and still on-going stems from a horny fat man wanting a divorce is not only stupid, but quite dangerous to real history.

He couldn't have converted to Judaism, or successfully convert England to Judaism even if that had of been his desire, which it absolutely, 110% WASN'T. The Protestant v Catholic divide was already massive in England, and Jews weren't permitted any of the rights a free English citizen was. Even 100 years after Henry, Jews were excluded from the Bill of Rights 1689. I think implying England would ever be a Jewish country (inb4 it is now) under Henry VIII's reign is ridiculous

>Surely the very act of Scottish Independence is nationalist.
Technically. Nationalism is pride in nation, it can include independence, but why can't Scots be proud of Scotland, Britain and the UK? The history is a bit touchy, but the last few centuries were the pinnacle of a unified nation (bar the angry Scottish Highlanders).

Then again, I see why Scots wouldn't want to be part of modern England but in my LARP world, we are a unified nation who take pride in our nations but also our kingdom.

We are all one people after all.

Scotland is more successful than England. England is constantly going into debt and recessions. While Scotland creates a profit. You're a thick fuck, it was Scotland who basically started the idea of the union when the King of Scotland became the king of England. Scotland had its own little nations spread across the world but needed more trade routes so relied off English trade. Scottish people fought against England making sure Scotland wouldn't be a slave state, William Wallace and Robert Burns made sure of that. Instead of Scotland being slaves like the Welsh and Irish we became equal partners, which is why we have a separate parliament that has the power to call a referendum whenever it gets enough petitions. England is scared to lose us. Why would David Cameron and countless of English politicians and public beg to keep Scotland in the union? If it wasn't for the scare mongering Scotland would be independent and far better off, following the Norwegian/Danish example of economy. There's no way we'll be paying with our oil to keep England becoming bankrupt. Nothern England probably will come with us, petitions in Nothern England were happening in the last referendum to make the north part of Scotland. England is a pathetic country run by immigrants, jews, perverts for immigrants, jews and perverts. some English people don't deserve to live in England because they're decent but cunts like you should stay there and rot in your own anti-nativist pot.

"Anglo" isn't a genetic term. GB is Celto-Germanic. Funnily enough, the percentage of Celtic and Germanic increases more from West-to-East as opposed to North to South.

So the English, the Welsh and the Scots are all the same peoples.

All the cleverest people I knew at college wanted to be doctors, but quite a few who got all A*s and As were rejected by all choices first time, and had to re-take more exams and do more extra-curriculars, etc. NHS just has no interest in training its own staff anymore, much easier for them to just employ some jf who doesn't speak a word of the queen's.

>After dinner, we were taken to the King [Henry VIII], who embraced us, without ceremony, and conversed for a very long while very familiarly, on various s, in good Latin and in French, which he speaks very well indeed, and he then dismissed us, and we were brought back here to London….
His Majesty is the handsomest potentate I ever set eyes on; above the usual height, with an extremely fine calf to his leg, his complexion very fair and bright, with auburn hair combed straight and short, in the French fashion, his throat being rather long and thick. He was born on the 28th of June, 1491, so he will enter his twenty-fifth year the month after next. He speaks French, English, and Latin, and a little Italian, plays well on the lute and harpsichord, sings from book at sight, draws the bow with greater strength than any man in England, and jousts marvelously. Believe me, he is in every respect a most accomplished Prince; and I, who have now seen all the sovereigns in Christendom, and last of all these two of France and England in such great state, might well rest content.

You know fuck all about Britain you 3rd world rat. The Monarchy in Britain hasn't held any true executive power since 1850, and had a slow decline since 1688 into irrelevance. Many people, myself included, would welcome the full return of the Monarch to their constitutional duties that was referred to by 18th-19th century writers as a "balanced constitution" in which parliament controlled the legislative branch, with the Crown controlling the executive branch, both serving as checks on each others power.

The Royals are irrelevant and many want them to return. You know nothing of Britain or are monarchical system.

>"For the past 15 years I have been entirely motivated by a desperate desire to put the “Great” back into Great Britain. Everything I have tried to do—all the projects, speeches, schemes, etc.—have been with this end in mind. And none of it has worked, as you can see too obviously! In order to put the “Great” back I have always felt it was vital to bring people together, and I began to realise that the one advantage my position has over anyone else’s is that I can act as a catalyst to help produce a better and more balanced response to various problems. I have no “political” agenda—only a desire to see people achieve their potential; to be decently housed in a decent, civilised environment that respects the cultural and vernacular character of the nation; to see this country’s real talents (especially inventiveness and engineering skills) put to best use in the best interests of the country and the world (at present they are being disgracefully wasted through lack of co-ordination and strategic thinking); to retain and value the infrastructure and cultural integrity of rural communities (where they still exist) because of the vital role they play in the very framework of the nation and the care and management of the countryside; to value and nurture the highest standards of military integrity and professionalism, as displayed by our armed forces, because of the role they play as an insurance scheme in case of disaster; and to value and retain our uniquely special broadcasting standards which are renowned throughout the world. The final point is that I want to roll back some of the more ludicrous frontiers of the 60s in terms of education, architecture, art, music, and literature, not to mention agriculture! Having read this through, no wonder they want to destroy me, or get rid of me…!"

It's technically allowed through Pregorative powers. Monarchical powers are an extremely complex subject. Precedent dictates they do not interfere with the legislative branch, however it is technically legal and has been for 800 years since parliament first convened.

https://www.publications.parliament.uk/pa/cm200304/cmselect/cmpubadm/422/42204.htm

> The Queen's constitutional prerogatives are the personal discretionary powers which remain in the Sovereign's hands. They include the rights to advise, encourage and warn Ministers in private; to appoint the Prime Minister and other Ministers; to assent to legislation; to prorogue or to dissolve Parliament; and (in grave constitutional crisis) to act contrary to or without Ministerial advice. In ordinary circumstances The Queen, as a constitutional monarch, accepts Ministerial advice about the use of these powers if it is available, whether she personally agrees with that advice or not. That constitutional position ensures that Ministers take responsibility for the use of the powers.

Of course. The British character must be preserved and maintained, it wouldn't be in our interests to be a vaguely 'white race' the same way America has become, or is becoming. Same should apply for every other nationalist movement in Europe. National identity first, European identity second, and then other identities after that.

Personally, when it comes to other Europeans, especially western Europeans, assimilation should be encouraged when they immigrate to this country. But I'm rather biased in this regard since it's the definition my grandparents fall under- Germans who came here, but their children and grandchildren have assimilated and become British (in culture).

I can't tell whether you're the guy who posts bait or not but on the off chance you're serious, let me take this short paragraph and explain the importance of precedent. Every group that's ever came to the British isles, bar the Romans who left NO genetic heritage, has been part of the same people from the Beaker-Cordedware. So the Belgians, the Jutes, the Vikings, the Angles, the Celts, the Saxons and the Normans were all genetically similar, like all North-Western Europeans.

We're all part """German""" mate but Germanic is not the same as modern Germany as a nationality. We are Celto-Germanic, depending on where you are in the country, you could be 10%-60% Anglo Saxon, or 10%-60% Celtic.

There was a downy girl at my school and she got so much virtue signalling attention from all the girls that it went to her head. She eventually started kicking random people and spitting at them, the retarded women teachers would just run after her going 'oooh no, don't do that, oooh.' without actually punishing her or doing anything about it. She was a disgusting little spacker cunt and she shouldn't have been in our school.

Exactly lad. My feelings exactly. America has genuine reason to promote white nationalism (so do we in fact) but that's because, and not as an insult, they're a nation of literal mongrels. Ethnicities and cultures that have evolved and spread for 2000 to 6000 years need to be protected by the people of that culture.

A constitutional crisis, an impeachment of a Prime Minister, the expulsion of an MP, the abdication of a Monarch. Look at Edward VIII, or the crisis the Referendum bill caused, or the process of Brexit - which I support fully, but Referendums are not apart of our system, which has caused a constitutional crisis in its self and given MPs opposed to Brexit a shot.

>n legal systems based on common law, a precedent, or authority, is a principle or rule established in a previous legal case that is either binding on or persuasive for a court or other tribunal when deciding subsequent cases with similar issues or facts[citation needed]. Common law legal systems place great value on deciding cases according to consistent principled rules so that similar facts will yield similar and predictable outcomes, and observance of precedent is the mechanism by which that goal is attained. The principle by which judges are bound to precedents is known as stare decisis.

I feel like the major towns will be a real shocker.
The under 18s in several towns and cities are already minority white, based on the school censuses.

The School Census for under 18s

In 1998, no town in Britain was a town where the white children were a minority. Every major town in Britain had a majority of White British children.
This changed in 1999.
In 1999, Slough became the first town where the White British under 18s became a minority, under 50%.
In 2000, Nelson followed.
In 2001, Batley and Greater London also became minority white in the under-18s.
In 2002, Leicester.
In 2003, no new towns became minority white for under 18s.
In 2004, Birmingham.
In 2005, Luton.
In 2006, no new towns. The last year no new towns became minority white for under 18s.
In 2007, Keighley.
In 2008, Burton on Trent.
In 2009, High Wycombe.
In 2010, Bradford.
In 2011, Manchester.
In 2012, Dewsbury.
In 2013, Huddersfield.

>Edward VIII chose to abdicate, he could've ignored prevent and married anyway.
He didn't "choose" to abdicate, so much as the Prime Minister, Governor General of India and many heads of the legislative branch threatened to resign if the marriage went forward.

What you're doing now is trying to switch the argument away from precedent and responding with 2-sentence replies. You haven't the first clue of the British system of law. It isn't a case of "you don't break precedent", its a case of establishing precedent on issues and playing value on previous written law and court rulings, thus you remain consistent with time which defeats entrenchment by a mile.

In other words, "precedent", on a lot of cases, descends from plagues, civil wars, peasant revolts, revolution, foreign wars, conscription, attempted invasions to issues on dodging tax, the regulations of car manufacturing to rules of divorce in family courts.

I read that in Newham it's now less than 5% of children who are white British, not sure if that's true or not. I live in Lambeth at the moment and work in Southwark, and quite often I see classes of children being led someplace or other by their teacher. I always make a note of counting how many white kids there are, and it's pretty much always about 20-30% (and even then I'd imagine there's a fairly high representation of eastern euros).

Why not call their bluff and resign anyway? What's the worst that could happen if he did resign?

I don't see how precedent really applies to what the Monarch can and can't do, tbph. I get that if a court ruling has established that something is unlawful, then a similar case will be treated in the same way, and if a judgement is made in a higher court a lower court must follow it etc.

I don't see how it applies to what the Monarch can do or say if there hasn't been a similar case in the past though. For example, why could the Queen not state, "The Tories are shite"? Is there something either codified, or some previous case with applicable principles?

How does stare decisis apply when there hasn't been a prior ruling? (I.e. A party that isn't the largest party forming a government)

>What's the worst that could happen if he did resign?
I don't think this is even worthy of a response. What would happen if the entire legislative body of the country resigned, including the ministers of the Crown (Govn. Generals) who are essentially the monarchs of Australia/Canada/NZ, etc. To give you an idea of the power of Govn. Generals, in 1975 the Govn. to Australia fired the PM in response to a government shutdown.

>I don't see how precedent really applies to what the Monarch can and can't do, tbph.
I know you don't. I'm trying to educate you n the topic so you do know. You're living in a fantasy world where 1688 didn't happen, and we're living in some absolute monarchy only more like a 20th century dictatorship. The reality of the Crown being irrelevant is right in front of you, I explain why, you deny it and claim precedent is irrelevant (the stupidest point ever to be made on Brit/pol)

>I get that if a court ruling has established that something is unlawful, then a similar case will be treated in the same way
That's not how it works, and that's not precedent. If two laws are conflicting with each other, the public assembly/court decide which law takes PRECEDENCE over the other.

>For example, why could the Queen not state, "The Tories are shite"? Is there something either codified, or some previous case with applicable principles?
100% DanTheMan. You're bringing up scenarios irrelevant to the point. The Queen could probably do that, but she won't, because tradition is that the Queen does not interfere with the legislative branch of government.

In my final point I'd like to quickly explain our system. We had what was refereed to as a 'balanced constitution' meaning that the legislative branch enacted the will of the people, while the executive branch operated through their constitutional roles defined under Royal Prerogative powers. (see: >>138118118).

Both theoretically maintained checks on each others power. However, the last refusal of Royal Assent by Queen Anne in 1706 (5 years after the Act of Settlement and 16 years after the Bill of Rights). This was met with outrage, though the refusal was entirely legal and defined thoroughly in law, so it went through, but with horror from the legislative branch and thus it was never refused again.

>How does stare decisis apply when there hasn't been a prior ruling
It doesn't. Stare decisis is Judaical precedent which is different to the tradition of the Crown to not interfere with parliamentary affairs.

To get out of the fedora nonsense, read The Last Superstition by Feser.

First, you must intellectually seek to understand why people believe in God. Read Summa Theologiæ to start with, and prior to that an introduction to Aquinas by Feser to prepare you. Also read Augustine's Confessions, and then move on to Existence of God by Swinburne, and Warranted Christian Belief, and God, Freedom, and Evil, both by Plantinga.

These are quite heavy philosophy books, so set aside some time. If you don't have a basic understanding of metaphysics, epistemology, and phenomenology, and modal logic it's worth reading some introductory books on those subjects in order to get the most out of the books I've recommended .

The Wikipedia article says that's what precedent is. Still don't see how any prior cases apply to the Monarch.

>>
>>138122737
So in all these cases it seems like precedent isn't a legal thing at all; it's just an understanding that people will react negatively to something you do and seek to manoeuvre legally to punish whoever broke precedent in some way.

>>138123538

>>
>>138123809
>Literally makes no sense to me; if there's no prior ruling, then where is the precedent!?
DanTheMan, you misunderstood this through the entire 12 hour argument but stare decisis is judicial precedent, the precedent the Monarch is binded to is both legal and tradition.

Go back to the Glorious Revolution of 1688. Don't bother responding to points about the colonisation of India or the BoE, this is strictly the monarch. Parliament overthrew a monarch and invited two new co-monarchs to rule in terms they had established themselves in the Bill of Rights 1689 - which in its self isn't so bad, its 12 years later when the Act of Settlement 1701 would come to be that forbade Royal influence in public assemblies. Then Queen Anne's refusal of Royal Assent, Victoria's refusal to even sign it in person, the Monarch reduced to a Mafia-like syndicate. Rich, celebrated, theoretically some of the most powerful people in the world but in practice they have to operate behind curtains because the Monarch is on the verge of dissolution as iti s.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Act_of_Settlement_1701

>"o person who has an office under the monarch, or receives a pension from the Crown, was to be a Member of Parliament. This provision was inserted to avoid unwelcome royal influence over the House of Commons"

>Literally makes no sense to me
This sums up your entire life.

>>138123985

Wew, pretty close. Do you walk to work at all and, if so, do you go on Borough High Street? If so, then I probably walk past/alongside you every day.

Not met many older cockney types (do cockneys even exist in London these days?), wasn't sure what sort of views they'd hold. On one hand they're traditional white working-class, but on the other hand the chances are they've grown up with this """diversity""" and don't know any different.
