Paul Gottfried and RamZPaul were already using that term before Richard appropriated the name and made it exclusively white nationalist/white supremacist. Law is nothing but a list of restrictions that we accept upon ourselves in order to be sure that our neighbors will be subjected to the same restrictions.

Now, onto your proper question: businesses that mistreat their employees and customers (especially customers) don't tend to gain widespread market acceptance. Businesses exist to make money providing services. Niceness sells. Smiles, good PR and customer relationships sell. Rudeness doesn't sell. Abusing your customers doesn't sell. Having bad reviews on Yelp doesn't sell.

Just like in other market-produced service, the providers that churn out the best quality service at the lowest available price will win. You won't win by having abuse lawsuits being filed against you by your former customers all the time.

Simple, marriage provided a way for women specially to have a financial security for them and their children. Men, on the other hand, had to marry and have children because they wanted to be taken care of/have a security net once old enough.

Enter the big state with welfare, and suddenly, an activity that was limited to really wealthy people (divorce) is now widespread. Why? Because society is assuming your mistakes when choosing a partner. People are not having children anymore because the state will take care of them when they grow older. Inflation of inelastic demand products such as housing or healthcare due to constant devaluation of savings, inheritances, etc does not help settling families either.
