Honestly I think that Drudge is seriously threatened by Breitbart and the other conservative media outlets.

There was a decade or so where Drudge was the ONLY real alternative news if you were conservative. Drudge was the gatekeeper of information and narrative to millions.

Now, I don't even go on Drudge anymore. I go on Breitbart, Zero Hedge, and a bunch of other sites.

Drudge is obsolete really and I think he's furious about it. The Left used to fear Drudge because he had immense power to influence the narrative.

Now, he doesn't. Other people have taken up that mantle.
