The eclipse has nothing to do with anything, biblically. It's all astrology and omen reading. The passage from Revelation that they get it from is a midrasch on the nativity story, relating Jesus' birth to what will happen with Christians and Israel close to his return.

What to look for though? Follow Mark 13, Matthew 24, and the four horses in Revelation.

First - many false prophets (the white horse) and false messiahs, leading up to the main false prophet who heralds the antichrist, mimicking John the baptist.

Second - massive warfare (the red horse). Beware Jesus's warning in Rev. about the perseverance of the saints.

Next, massive pestilence and famine. Beyond that it becomes much more detailed.

The book of Job at no point indiciates that God created the constellations as meaningful. Simply that humanity had created the concept of them. It is a passage to indicate that only God can conduct the impossible such as advancing time.
