Google seized the domain after it was moved to Google from GoDaddy. That means that Google effectively owns it now, and there's no recourse to reclaim the stolen domain. ICANN is blocking them from registering a new domain.

Anglin is posting articles to his gab account, and you can access the site through tor link or something.

The main reason they don't take down all the porn kiddie websites is because they can't find them. Now when they know where DS is hosted and on what node, it makes it very easy to make it deny its service to clients.
