Yes, that would be wrong. If that was a remark about the charlottesville incident though, it would likely be wrong. After seeing all the video footage here on /pol/ (and not just the nicely cut version that news sites show us) and combining it with my knowledge about antifa i'am fairly sure that the driver didn't have the intent to kill anyone. If he really did, he would have a much better chance by not evading the first protestors. The only dead person was killed by a chain reaction (the alleged "terrorist" hit other cars, which in turn hit the woman), and most of the maimed ones where hurt when the driver attempted to flee the scene in reverse gear to save his life from angry Antifas with metal baseball-bats, who surely would have killed him if they had the chance.
In the very first place he only speeded up after some idiot hit his car in the back with a pole. He likely knew about antifas behavior beforehand : Antifa is known to drag people out of cars and fuck them up if they even THINK the passenger could be a right winger, and all it takes for that to happen is ONE person starting an attack. So yes, when he got that heavy thud on his car from behind, there were two possibilities:
a) let them demolish your car, and suffer from a very likely attack that could kill him
b) drive for your life
judging from the uncontrolled acceleration it was obviously option b) which he took. And as much as i hate needless killing, i cannot blame the driver for that action based on what i saw and know.

They own the server space, they own the platform, they own all of the videos uploaded to the site, they are the ones that decided to monetize the platform in the first place.

i remember when i was looking at the US and wondered why "those conservative right wingers want to be able to FORCE children to pray in school. Freedom would be to leave it up to every child wether to pray or not, right?". Just a bit more than a decade later, and the US Left fights to "prohibit teachers from wearing religious symbols or praying in schools" or to force actual christian private schools to accept non-christians.

It's the same with science - in the past it was mostly the right wing and conservatives who rejected science, including STEM sciences. They also had a huge bunch of religious nutjobs incapable of critical thinking. But even that changed: while i can still see many religious people on the right, they are usually quite tolerant, don't just blindly believe what they hear and actually respect STEM sciences. All while the left basically introduced their own substitute for religion (identity politics) and continue to try and replace actual Science with their low-quality pseudo"sciences". There are very few things that annoy today's brand of leftists more than apparent gender neutral subjects (which most actual sciences are) and the evil Biology, which still dares to speak of "sex" and the biological difference between them... although the field is already getting fucked up by feminists as well, unfortunately.
