in Germany Murder is a life sentence; casual Rape about 10 years or payment. - however, if your victim gets killed during the process, again, it's a life sentence. CP is way more complicated.

My take:
The west is obsessed with freedom and self determination right now.
Murder ends a life, but died free.
Rape takes away the sexual self choice, literally violates it. The raped woman will have a lasting impact on her feeling of liberty and strength for the rest of her life.
Also because Feminism is very dominant in the media and academia, and rape is like the biggest crime on feminism imaginable.

The only place on American TV where nudity is banned is the "public airwaves" set of channels that most people don't even watch any more. It is mostly just news channels, sports, and programming for little kids. You can do anything you want on your own channel. God forbid we enforce a tiny bit of decency on the free channels that are open to anyone, instead of having hardcore interracial pornography broadcasting all day on them.
