Presumably, after society had been cleansed and the next generation of leaders for the Reich had been established, the economy would have moved even further towards the free market, except for certain industries. Patrols and police presence was expected to be drastically reduced, because all the undesirables would have been gone and the pure German nation would have been a peaceful one. Open espousing of ideologies hostile to the Reich would still have been suppressed, of course, but as with general crime that was expected to move towards zero as the Reich became harmonious.

The end game of Hitler was establishing an everlasting Germanic Reich which would be the dominating force on the planet. At least that's my interpretation of it.
