Relevant to current events, what pictures do you guys have of Confederate Monuments/Statues in the south?
>Pic related from my trip to Charleston, SC
I will be going to Confederate Park by where I live in Jacksonville, FL on Friday to see it before it will be destroyed by lib-scum.
There are 28 Confederate Statues in Florida alone, mostly in North Florida. There is surprisingly even one in Miami, FL as well.

It just bothers me that the left never stops to think that instead of "celebrating racism" or "supporting slavery", these statues acknowledge that most soldiers were victims of circumstance and had no other choice but to fight and should now be seen as misguided, but American brothers nonetheless

There's over 700 confederate monuments, all over the country. They're not going to tear them all down

What about the British troops that fought us in the revolutionary war? Sure they were merely victims of circumstance, and our country was founded by brits. Shall we erect statues in their honor?

I would imagine places in the deep south small towns (i.e. Troy, AL) will never let them take down their statues. But slowly that 700 figure will dwindle.

What angers me is that idiots that want to tear down these monuments probably couldn't even name the people or battles they're trying to erase from history.
And none of them even pause to consider the irony that they're the ones burning books now.

Stone mountain. I'm from NY but got to see it when I was a kid. Pretty amazing to stand there and see how big it really is in person.
