I'm not saying they should plop down for 8 hours of cable television/internet a day, but they need some exposure. I watched several hours of TV a day since I was very young, and didn't turn out any less redpilled. It can serve as constant lessons if you show them what to look for. If you let your kids into a school with other children in it, they are going to be exposed to these ideas one way or another.

They need to be ready to understand the brainwashing as it's happening so they don't succumb to it. Debrief them at the end of the day, so to speak. Ask them what they learned at school, and don't be afraid to tell them when their teachers and peers are wrong, and how. They might not understand everything at the time, but you need to be vigilant. You must expose them to the fucked up nature and magical thinking of everything blue pilled, and especially make sure they know that blatant lies are being propagated, even if the person conveying those lies believes them.
