19 yo Alt-left here
After watching Trump's press conference today and being labelled at Alt-left; I had a moment of clarity.
It's made me realise that this whole "progressive left" is becoming not only childish, but we're being seen as dangerous people.
I got my future to think of here. I think in going to dye my hair back to normal and move on.
Anyone else growing up from this "progressive left" business? Being labelled Alt-left was the final push I needed.
The last thing I want is to be associated with Antifa which are pretty much terrorists at this stage in my opinion.

By being a Nazi, with a Swastika, I would also gather the only kind of people I wanted around me: The tough, dedicated idealists ready to fight for those ideals and give their lives, if necessary. And even more importantly, I would automatically scare off the millions of blabber-mouths, cowards, fools, and crackpots which infest the rest of the 'movement'. The Swastika would not bring me many supporters, but those who came would be men.

Wow that pic is actually the truest thing I've seen. I was a leftard myself before Sarkeesian came to my turf itching for a fight. I was happy in my basement playing videogames and finishing my PhD, and then, boom...
Anyway, so long as you are informed and can argue your points properly, don't use physical violence, and are open to dialogue and compromise (knowing that you will never get all your points across but the other guy won't get all of theirs either) you should be fine.
Knowing how to meet people in the middle is the way to not end up fired if you get caught in a crossfire like all the retards with swastikas around here would if they got doxxed.
