Q/A:
Q: Why do you support a dead ideology?
A: Ideologies do not die, they are merely abandoned by the ignorant masses.
Q: So you support North Korea then?
A: No, North Korea is a Communist Dictatorship - and goes against many values of Monarchism such as the strong connections to Tradition and Culture which the North Koreans have replaced with a mindless cult.
Q: Wouldn't Hereditary Succession allow madmen to get in power simply by birth?
A: No, the Rightful heir would by default be tutored and educated from birth to rule as a proper and efficient leader. In this way a Monarchy allows a much more smoother transition of power and long-term stability than democracy or a dictatorship.
Q: So you support tyranny and the loss of people's rights?
A: This often ranges from monarchist to monarchist, although of course none support "tyranny" but many often see the concept of the Rights of Man and such as invalid. There really is no blanket answer to this as some Monarchists would call themselves Libertarian, while others want anyone who advocates against the state hanged.

Bump for Stuarts x2
Suppose you do get a king who is so mad he cannot be educated out of it, or who becomes mad in later life. How is that person deposed?
>>137660416
Forced Abdication by the Royal Family, Parliament, Public, or even Military. Another member of the family can be placed on the throne, or serve as a regent, or a new Dynasty can be implemented.
All of these are far smoother than a total 360 in the administration every 4-5 years, as happens in a Republic.
Hook me up with some reads

I hope you don't have nobility or royals commanding the army then.
Long live the king!

>respects elites
WTF Why would ANYONE respect elites when the elites consider the comman man to be complete dirt and trash and don't respect us

Why does 4chang always come up with the best memes before it gets stolen

The Army should be based on merit with undying loyalty to the Crown, not any one individual.
>>137659257
also prussian military uniforms are unaesthetic
>>137661966
hahaha
what's next? american troops are good at marching?
>>137659257

But BRITISH uniforms are.

the common man is pretty uneducated and sheep.
people who think otherwise deeply underestimate the willpower of an average human
>>137662209
i mean if you equate marching to just walking ...
>>137659257
I like everything about this
At the risk of sounding like an Asiaboo, the Bhutan Royal Family is aesthetic as fuck.
They also have a lot of official power, compared to most monarchies today.

Could it be said that Juche is a form of National Bolshevism?
>>137659457
It was wrong of Wilhelm to bully his retarded cousin.
>>137659257
How do you balance heirs? What would be the proper way to make sure 5 good kings don't end in one fuck up of a child?
I legit support monarchies, I've just pondered heavily on how you save a a nation from collapse.
>>137662544
haha they're so white, a universal symbol.
>>137659257
Who else has taken the anarcho-monarchy pill?
>>137662571
Absolutetly.
Monarchy only works when its also a theocracy and theres a loyal(sycophantic) court generating an endless stream of bullshit romanticizing the sitting monarch.
>>137662594
> retarded
you mean betrayed by like everyone
FASCISM: fighting to get told what to do by some guy that likely the elites will appoint with their manipulated blessing
MONARCHY: fighting to get told what to do by some guy that likely the elites will appoint with their manipulated blessing
wow, it's almost like being an alt right extremist is some kind trap? eh?
focus on policies not on how much power you can give the elites.

The most effective manner is to have the eldest son be educated from birth with the others serving as backups and ensuring the survival of the royal line.

I dont see how meritocracy and loyalty to a concept that embodies the nation leads to personality cults. However all institutions are corrupted over time, which is why its not the end of the world when a dynasty changes or abdication occurs.
>>137662859
Bhutan's monks are also extremely anti-Muslim.
Bhutan is a redpilled country that is practically isolated and most normies don't know it exists. /pol/ should buy some land there to form a small ethnostate and rent servers to white nationalist and traditionalist websites.

>>137663722
When the embodiment of a nation is an office held by an individual, that is necessarily less stable than when the higher concept is a document or abstract ideal.
Western constitutionalism works, baby.
>>137663987
The UK has lasted this long due to a combination of the Crown and the rights given to the people. The Crown is supposed to embody the soul of a nation.
>>137663742
Bad idea, Bhutan is also extremely anti-Christian and it'd be hypocritical of us to settle another land in that manner. Focus on saving your nation!
>>137663150
The Roman Empire had a lot of civil wars, coups and emperor assassinations. The only thing that really ended it was Constantine claiming to rule by divine right. This became the template which European monarchies followed through the middle ages. Persia and Egypt also used religion to back up monarchy.
>>137663391
it's true though, you're fucking dreaming if you think the people in power now aren't leading us towards supporting them getting more power. they want centralized power built on our sweat and blood. the elites want the peasants they hate to empower the elite to solve the problems the elites caused. so they can cause more and worse problems
figure it out, read my comment a few times till it sinks in what a pawn you are
>>137663369
>Trying to be Napoleon
Dictators are not Monarchs.
>>137664267
Correct statement, although I'd also add that the civil wars and coups were more so because much of the republics framework remained within the Early Empire. IIRC, the Emperor was formally elected by the Senate which allowed plenty of corruption.
>>137664732
find a better man to fit forging an empire then Augustus?
>>137664146
So you count the UK as the sort of monarchy you want?
When I see a monarchist thread on /pol/, I assume you mean a powerful monarch, which kind of precludes you using the UK as an example. We're the OG seperators of powers, which is why we are been the stablist state ever.
>>137659257
If power is automatically transferred to the eldest male you're pretty much guaranteed to get a retarded king eventually, no amount of education will solve that. The Chinese system was better. The Emperor has a harem, many sons are born, the Emperor chooses his successor.
>>137663114
>Monarchy
>appoint
Hate to break it to you, but monarchs aren't appointed. Its the only system that doesn't create a manipulated political class. There is even less of a risk of involving money in politics, since the ruler has a very significant level of wealth and prestige.
>>137662571
I've been studying Juche a lot due to Kim's recent sperging, and it is very similar to NazBol.
Basically, Juche used to mirror the Soviet model for a long time, until Kim Il Sung slowly developed a heavy personality cult around himself. Eventually, they said that the western philosophers Marx and Lenin were not relevant to Korean culture, then they developed the concept of "Kimjongilism" (lol). Juche and Kimjongilism over the years came to reflect Korean culture more and more, until in the 1980s, Kim Il Sung flat-out admitted that it was Korean nationalism and not the globalist concept of communism. Also, Kim Il Sung is officially the "Eternal President" of North Korea, so his ghost is technically still in charge.
>>137664267
didn't like every emperor ever after Augustus claimed to rule by divine right?
I mean even Egyptians did this all the time
>>137665051
I would like a British System with more of a libertarian leaning, yes. But I'm the minority atm.
>>137664856
Massive empires aren't a good thing. Most of the time you get enormous debt and military spending. You're better off creating an ethno-monarchy and establishing your legacy as a ruler who served his people better than any other. Bismarck, though not king (but with Wilhelm I's support), was probably the best leader of an ethno-monarchy.
>>137665264
It seems that the transition to Juche and resistance of Soviet/Chinese influences was the only thing that kept NK from collapsing when the USSR and the whole Warsaw Pact came crashing down. At the very least it could be said Juche has been more successful than National Socialism insofar as propping up the regime.
>>137666135
I too hold this view my dude, just trying to fill the parameters of the meme/image.
>>137666292
I'm not trying to bog you down, its still a redpilled meme. If you wanted to emphasize empire, I would use Queen Victoria.
>>137666919
The Emphasis is more so on one taking a nation and turning into a monarchy when it was once a Republic, as Napoleon and Augustus did.
gookmoot i demand a flag
>>137665274
They were pontifex maximus and they at least tried to get people to believe that Emperors became gods when they died, so I guess thats true in a way. Constantine is often credited with converting the empire to Christianity.
