1. What happens in 4chan STAYS in 4chan
While memes are a useful form of propaganda on the internet, they are a detriment irl. Kekistanis and Real-Life Frogposters have made our movement easier to ridicule. I'm not saying we should abolish memes entirely, as memes are very effective for redpilling normies and edgy teens. However, we need to keep the memes here so we don't have another "PEPE!" incident.

2. Ditch the name "Alt-Right"
The Alt-Right was a name invented by libs to slander the right. As long as we keep this name, we will automatically be seen as "the scary internet nazis". We should rename ourselves the "The American Nationalist Movement" or something like that.

3. No 88, and keep the 14 subtle
First of all, Nazis are never going to be acceptable in America. Same thing with Fascists, Klansmen, and other "hate groups". Propaganda has led to the public despising all of these groups. We will never escape media backlash unless we ditch the larping. Use Roman/American symbolism instead. Additionally, while white nationalism is alright, we should try to keep the "white" part to a minimum. Use "Western" or "European" instead. Of course, as the movement grows, we can be more honest, but right now we need to focus on becoming an actual force.

4. Token minorities
Yes, I know it sucks, but our movement would benefit greatly with a couple of nogs around. The left has built a concept that "racism is only a white person thing". While this typically hinders us, we can use it to our advantage. By having a couple of minorities there, we can point to them whenever the leftists attack us. They will have trouble making us look like white supremacists when we have a black guy we can show off. I know it's cringy, but "muh based black guy" is a great PR tactic.

Op has the right idea. Trying to work on top of the work of fascism and national socialism is never going to work. Coming from a normie, if you want us to tolerate you all, you have to be very careful of the tone. There are many comments that I see that either do 2 things
1) make an obvious hate driven remark (X is inferior to Y) or
2) make a serious comment on the culture's animosity towards whites

Do not make the 1st mistake. Racism is more aligned with hatred more than anything. It's one thing to advocate for white people and having their own country(Identitarian movement), but it's another thing to make the case coming from a place of ideology based on inferiority.
