Take a before photo and save it in a folder for further down the road. Start walking and listening to podcasts on an empty stomach in the am ideally. Eat smaller sizes of snack foods, make a gross greens smoothie every morning before you eat. High protein, high fat, you will start to crave it and not junk.

I used to eat 2 big bags of chips every night for supper when I was really depressed and now I'm fit. It didn't take much effort to lose 20lbs (started at 191lbs as a female). It's been 3 years now and it's like brushing your teeth. You'll wake up one morning and something is different, you are "forcing" anything, it's just happening. You will not be thinking about doing it, it is now off your mind, making space for more important stuff and that is the best part.
