The statue is privately owned. If we were to take his head as others have suggested in the previous thread, it just wouldn't be the same as taking the head of a city-owned Lenin statue. No, but I imagine it would be really easy. Moreso if someone had access to a 3D printer, or someone who is a good carver/sculpter. You just need some clay, and an object to mold it around (the pepe/frog head)

The copper should solidify pretty fast. You could just put another layer around the mold and fill it with ice/water.
