What so you think a snot-nosed 18-year old is entitled to ownership of something that the business owner toiled for years to build up, incurring a huge risk?

How is that fair? Some kid screwing on toothpaste tube lids for a couple of hours a day deserves as much as the guy who researched a formula for the toothpaste, did market research, procured the machines that make the toothpaste and who constantly has to re-service and improve these machines?

The kid receives money for his efforts so that he can buy whatever he so chooses freely. He has agreed to this arrangement through his own volition. If he doesn't like it he can find another job, create his own business or live in the woods and devote his life to subsistence farming.
