We must make it mandatory for all offenses . The argument being that there is a duty to strive for a better society and the biggest punishments would be the biggest deterrent so it would technically nihilism to not give the biggest punishment for every thing including stealing a candy

you're suggesting that every single crime imaginable results in the same intense result of torture and death, but would this apply to everyone? if so, will there be a judge and jury for every single time a crime is committed, or is just the accusation good enough?

if proven innocent the accuser gets a the Torture-execution to equal it out so you better have good evidence
