First video shows his car being hit by an african american male that appears to have a baseball bat. If this is what it looks like, and he gets a good enough lawyer, this case is in the bag. Legally, he shouldn't have gone forward and hit the protesters, instead he should have chosen to reverse and back away from the scene, but if he claims he was in fear for his life and that he panicked, its a done deal.

Well the Overton window has shifted quite a bit since then, due to that very case. He will be executed for terrorism at worst, and spend the rest of his life in supermax at best. You are not legally entitled to self defense in public even if your life is at risk and there is no escape. You are expected to wait for the police to help or die.

You have absolutely zero clue how the fuck the legal system works and should stop posting forever.
He was charged with second degree murder, if he got hit with that charge he'd do 10-15 years maximum with good time.
If you think he'll be hit with terrorism charges you're wrong, and extremely stupid.
In the worst case scenario possible this dude will get 15 years.
Best case scenario (which is more likely because he WAS attacked) he'll get credit for time served and have 5 years probation.
