I've never paid for sex directly but I've bought plenty of dinners and drinks.

Prostitution is as old as mankind itself and will never go away. I'm really only opposed if it's exploitative (sex slaves, pimps, etc).

If porn is allowed in our society (two strangers paid to fuck each other on camera) I don't see why paying to get off with someone is such a crime.

we shoud only allow sterilized foreign women to be prostitutes, give them a sex worker statute, which forbids them from marrying, doing other jobs than prostitution,.. and makes sure they get tested every months for std's and and pay taxes.

How is hooking any different than dating? Legalize and stop with the make believe: most women are whores; all we're discussing is price and acceptable means of payment. Just cut out the "dinner and a movie" and get down to the business of what both want.
